so I’ve been a bit delinquent …

Sorry that I haven’t been able to update this blog regularly, but my exercise schedule has shifted. (I am still exercising, though, I promise!) Because of extremely late and/or varied hours at work, I’ve started doing Total Body Conditioning and yoga classes in the mornings before work at a location near my office. I work out mornings on those days I know I won’t make my evening classes, whether that’s due to staying late or pre-existing plans for dinner and drinks with friends.

Since I don’t know when I’ll be able to get back to regular updates, I do encourage you to follow my progress over at my Log A Run calendar, which will continue to be updated each time I exercise:
