Halasana, or plow pose, looks very awkward to be in, but I promise it’s not bad at all! You get a great stretch on your back. In my continuing effort to get back to a regular (and frequent) exercise schedule, I did 3 miles in 40 minutes on the elliptical followed by a little more than an hour of power yoga with Nancy. I feel wonderfully refreshed. :)
