Sorry I’m too lazy to find a yoga pose picture … I did my usual hour of yoga tonight, which was about all my knees could handle. I still feel like an arthritic 80-year-old after Tuesday’s class!
About Me
I used to be a swimmer, but now I call myself a runner. I started running in March 2009, at age 24, with the Couch to 5K program and using Robert Ullrey's free MP3 podcasts. I'm now using Podrunner Intervals podcasts (also free) and working my way up to a 10K. My long-term goal is to one day run a half-marathon.
