I finally squeezed in Adrienne’s Total Body Conditioning class this evening — I love her because she shows no mercy, and she does it with a German accent. :) I forgot what it felt like when my arms turn to jelly!
About Me
I used to be a swimmer, but now I call myself a runner. I started running in March 2009, at age 24, with the Couch to 5K program and using Robert Ullrey's free MP3 podcasts. I'm now using Podrunner Intervals podcasts (also free) and working my way up to a 10K. My long-term goal is to one day run a half-marathon.
