I went for my usual one-hour Sunday yoga class to take a break from all the freelance work I’ve done this weekend — very necessary, and very worth it.
About Me
I used to be a swimmer, but now I call myself a runner. I started running in March 2009, at age 24, with the Couch to 5K program and using Robert Ullrey's free MP3 podcasts. I'm now using Podrunner Intervals podcasts (also free) and working my way up to a 10K. My long-term goal is to one day run a half-marathon.
