Strength training - Routine 1

Holy hell, it’s been a crazy-busy week on my end. I’m up in New Hampshire now on vacation, but I knew I had to squeeze in some exercise because who knows when I’ll be able to back in New York. Everything should be back to normal after Christmas, but I just have to power through until then…

3 x 20 bicep curls - 8 lb.
3 x 20 tricep overheads - 8 lb.
6 x 20 hammer curls (3 sets each arm) - 8 lb.
4 x 20 tricep kickbacks (3 sets each arm) - 8 lb.
2 x 25 crunches
1 x 10 pushups
