You know, I actually checked to see the last time I doubled up with Club Strength (55 minutes) and yoga (60 minutes) on a Thursday — it was July 22. My schedule’s been so screwy that I haven’t had time to have my ass kicked per usual on Thursdays.
Well, that’s all changed now. I was feeling ambitious and was even planning on doing an hour of yoga before work tomorrow (I’m going to the New York Chocolate Show on Saturday), but now I think sleeping will be much, much more enjoyable.
