Strength training - Routine 1

No time to hit the gym, so I did a quick weights routine at home!

3 x 20 bicep curls - 8 lb.
3 x 20 tricep overheads - 8 lb.
6 x 20 hammer curls (3 sets each arm) - 8 lb.
4 x 20 tricep kickbacks (3 sets each arm) - 8 lb.
2 x 25 crunches
1 x 10 pushups
