I did take yoga this morning, but I also learned about the importance foam rollers. You see, I’ve been having this shooting pain in my left hip area whenever I sit down for long periods at a desk or in a car. I was worried it might be sciatica, but the trainer who teaches yoga assured me that if I frequently stretch out the muscle on a foam roller, I’ll be just fine.
