Strength training - Routine 2

I’m a little crunched for time this morning, so I managed to squeeze in a quick bit of strength training at home before I have to leave to run errands and for work.

3 x 20 chest press - 8 lb.
3 x 20 bent over row - 8 lb.
3 x 20 shoulder press - 8 lb.
3 x 20 chest flys - 8 lb.
3 x 20 upright rows - 8 lb.
2 x 25 side crunches
1 x 10 pushups
