I went for an hour of power yoga today as a nice break from my work-at-home Saturday. And now it’s back to the grind…

About Me
I used to be a swimmer, but now I call myself a runner. I started running in March 2009, at age 24, with the Couch to 5K program and using Robert Ullrey's free MP3 podcasts. I'm now using Podrunner Intervals podcasts (also free) and working my way up to a 10K. My long-term goal is to one day run a half-marathon.
