I went for my usual Wednesday morning Club Strength class, and this time we had a new routine. (The teacher, Angela, does the same routine three weeks in a row so you can feel yourself getting stronger, then she switches to a new one.) This class was much lighter on arms and heavier on legs and core — and my abs are still a bit sore from Monday’s class, which apparently wasn’t a waste of time!
