I wish I could put more than just “core completed” for this morning’s total body class, but I left pretty disappointed. I expected the usual butt kicking — arms, legs, crunches — but what I got was 30 minutes of lying on a mat doing moderate-intensity core exercises followed by 10 minutes stretching.
What a waste of my time.
