Woohoo, I’m not dead! I managed to bang out another Week 3 run a mere 11 days after the last one — and I even did the last two running intervals in a light drizzle because Weather.com lied to me. I may have been dying during that last minute, but I pretty much feel awesome now.
- Week 3 - 90 sec. run / 90 sec. walk, 3 min. run / 3 min. walk, repeated twice
- Run Distance - 1.42 miles (per the Google Maps Pedometer)
- Total Distance - 2.17 miles (with warm-up and cooldown walks)
- Average pace per mile - 10:42
- Fastest pace per mile - 9:43 at the finish
