I went for a cleansing 55-minute yoga class this morning, and it felt wonderful — despite the fact that I had to drag myself out of bed for the 9:30 a.m. class. This was exactly what I needed to prepare for the ass-kicking that awaits me in Club Strength tomorrow. :)
