Strength training - Routine 1

I am really crunched for time today, but I wanted to get some sort of exercise in, so I went for a quick strength training routine at home — took me about 10 minutes.

2 x 20 bicep curls - 8 lb.
2 x 20 tricep overheads - 8 lb.
4 x 20 hammer curls (2 sets each arm) - 8 lb.
4 x 20 tricep kickbacks (2 sets each arm) - 8 lb.
1 x 20 shoulder presses - 8 lb.
1 x 10 lateral raises - 8 lb.
2 x 25 crunches
1 x 10 pushups
