I somehow managed to drag my incredibly sore body to the gym today for a little cardio. I walked for 45 minutes at a 3.0 incline with the occasional two- to three-minute jogging stint. My legs are so sore from yesterday’s strength-training class, and I’m certain I’ve only made it worse today.
