OK, so strength training and yoga didn’t happen on Thursday — 1-2-3 Burger Shot Beer happened instead (which has surprisingly good mini-burgers for $1). Either way, I did a power yoga hour-long class today, which isn’t much different than the regular vinyasa yoga class: The instructor just had us do a few push-ups in plank position or a few crunches for strength training. I also managed not to cough too much, which is a small victory for me!
